Position

Representing the company in all aspects of marketing and client relationships, the Senior Sales and Marketing Executive will be involved in the sale and marketing of high profile rural properties across Australia. Promoting the company as the number one provider of rural property services will be key to the success of this challenging opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retain the confidence of existing clients and build a network of contacts
  • Advise rural property clients on marketing initiatives
  • Develop marketing submissions
  • Prepare marketing and advertising material
  • Carry out property inspections and conduct auction sales
  • Negotiate with potential purchasers and vendors
  • Review and execute sales contracts

Education and Experience

  • Extensive experience effectively managing a client portfolio
  • A sound knowledge or affinity with the agriculture sector
  • Sound negotiating skills and commercial acumen
  • Media savvy, and familiar with social and e-media advertising strategies
  • A creative thinker
  • Tertiary qualifications in agribusiness, commerce, or business are highly regarded
