Located approximately 65km North East of Albany in the Great Southern region of Western Australia, this enterprise runs 14,000 ewes on native and improved pastures, as well as cropping 7,500ha in a 400mm rainfall region.
This family owned enterprise is recognised for it’s modern and efficient broadacre cropping operation and it’s high quality wool and prime lamb production.
The Assistant Livestock Manager reports directly to the Senior Livestock Manager and will be expected to undertake all day-to-day activities involved in running this modern sheep breeding property.
Education and Experience
We are seeking a motivated, passionate and hands-on, team member with demonstrated sheep production knowledge and an interest in further developing management skills.
Punctual and organised, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude, are essential attributes to make a success of this role.
You must be fit, active and prepared to take on responsibility.
