As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for leading recruitment projects and providing a range of strategic human resource services to new and existing clients. The focus will be to maintain the highest level of support for existing clients, whilst developing new and long-term business relationships across the agribusiness sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and identify new business opportunities
  • Drive and complete end-to-end recruitment and human resource projects
  • Support an established client base and continue to build new relationships
  • Leverage and maintain industry awareness to support clients
  • Control project expenditure

Skills and Experience

  • Empathy and knowledge of agriculture and regional Australia
  • Strong computer literacy and experience in database management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Business acumen and strong attention to detail
  • Team oriented, resilient and highly motivated
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resource management
  • Experience in sales or recruitment processes would be highly regarded


  • Tertiary qualifications in an agribusiness discipline, business or human resource management
